The Order Journey
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made from Pellicoridien through its website in Hong Kong. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. Please review the product description, price, delivery details, and return conditions before submitting your order. If you disagree with any provision, do not place an order.
Stage One: Eligibility and Order Submission
You must provide accurate contact information and a complete Hong Kong delivery address. Orders are accepted only for delivery within Hong Kong. Pellicoridien does not process or deliver orders to addresses outside Hong Kong.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected bag. An automated acknowledgment only records receipt of that offer. Pellicoridien may decline or cancel an order before dispatch because of unavailable stock, inaccurate product or pricing information, an incomplete address, or suspected misuse. If we accept the order, the sales contract arises when dispatch occurs.
Product photographs are displayed as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings may cause minor color differences. Product availability may change without notice. Prices are shown in Hong Kong dollars. Delivery is free, and Pellicoridien adds no delivery fee.
Stage Two: Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery is the only payment method. The customer must pay the full order total in cash when the courier delivers the package. Please have the required amount available. No online, card, installment, or advance payment option is offered.
Stage Three: Processing and Transit
The estimated delivery timeline is three to four business days. Pellicoridien uses the first two business days to prepare and dispatch the order. Courier transit ordinarily requires another one to two business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays.
Timelines are estimates, not fixed promises. Weather, traffic disruption, access restrictions, courier interruptions, or events beyond reasonable control may cause delay. We will provide information if a material delay becomes known.
Stage Four: Cancellation Window
Customers may request cancellation by emailing concierge@pellicoridien.com before dispatch. Include the order number and contact details. Cancellation is unavailable after the package leaves our warehouse and is handed to the courier. Refusing delivery does not restore the pre-dispatch cancellation right.
Stage Five: Delivery Attempt
The customer must ensure that someone is present at the stated address and has sufficient cash. If delivery fails because nobody is available, the address or contact details are incomplete, access is unavailable, or payment cannot be made, the order may be automatically canceled. Repeated failed deliveries may affect whether Pellicoridien accepts future orders from that customer or address. Any decision will be proportionate and based on documented order history.
Stage Six: Thirty-Day Return Route
The return window begins on the delivery date and lasts thirty calendar days. A return is available only when the delivered bag is damaged upon arrival or differs from the ordered product. Change-of-mind returns, preference changes, and returns based solely on minor screen-related color variation are not accepted, subject always to mandatory legal rights.
Contact concierge@pellicoridien.com within the return window, stating the order number and issue and providing reasonable supporting photographs where available. Pellicoridien will arrange free doorstep collection. No collection or restocking fee applies. Keep the item, packaging, labels, and accessories available for assessment.
Stage Seven: Assessment and Resolution
After collection, Pellicoridien will assess the returned item within twenty-four hours. If the assessment supports that the item arrived damaged or was incorrect, the customer may receive an exchange. If an exchange is unavailable because stock has run out, Pellicoridien will issue a refund by bank transfer.
Refund processing begins after the twenty-four-hour assessment. The transfer may require up to seven business days to appear in the nominated account, depending on the banking provider. Customers must provide accurate bank details. Pellicoridien is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or the receiving bank, but will assist with transfer inquiries.
Responsibilities and Fair Use
Customers must not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, or infringe intellectual property rights. Website text, graphics, logos, and materials belong to Pellicoridien or their rights holders and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited by law. Subject to that limitation, Pellicoridien is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract arose.
Legal Framework and Disputes
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, including the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458), Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553), and Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable Data Protection Principles.
The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns by email in good faith. These terms do not limit access to lawful consumer solutions or competent authorities. Hong Kong courts have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights.
Updates, Severability, and Contact
Pellicoridien may revise these terms for future orders to reflect operational or legal changes. The version displayed when an order is placed governs that order. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. No waiver is effective merely because enforcement is delayed.
